Ringler Associates, Inc. claims the "prestige hook" of being nation's oldest and largest settlement annuity company.  If this is the case then why do its associates feel the need to denigrate its competitors to trial lawyers instead of saying what it is that Ringler does well.

Where is the differentiating between right and wrong? I know good people at Ringler Associates and those good people know who they are. I am surprised that they put up with this behavior that is a poor reflection on Ringler Associates and the entire structured settlement industry. In my opinion it certainly makes the claim that Ringler is "one of the few companies enjoys the trust of all parties to the settlement process" a bit dubious.
