Allan Lowy joined Akerman Senterfitt's Los Angeles office as a partner.
Lowy, who founded Beverly Hills' Lowy & Associates in 1996, focuses specifically on real estate development and complex real estate financing vehicles, including tax exempt bonds and low-income housing tax credits. He also focuses on land use and entitlements, business formations and joint venture agreements, tax and business consulting, and partnership and construction disputes.
Lowy is a member of the mayor's committee on affordable housing, the state bar's committee on real property, and the American Bar Association's Construction Industry Forum.
