: Legal Pad | LALatham & Watkins to open Middle East offices

Latham & Watkins plans to open three Middle East offices by the end of March.
The offices are planned to be in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates and in Doha, Qatar. They'll focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project development and finance.
Rindala Beydoun, previously a corporate partner at Vinson & Elkins' Dubai office, will head the three offices.
