: Legal Pad | LAGovernor announces Superior Court bench appointments

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has announced several appointments to the Superior Court benches.
The governor appointed Thadd A. Blizzard, Ben G. Davidian, Geoffrey A. Goodman and Louis R. Mauro to judgeships with the Sacramento County Superior Court. In El Dorado County, Nelson Keith Brooks and Kenneth J. Melikian were named to judgeships. The new judges in Orange County are David L. Belz, Michael J. Cassidy and Maria D. Hernandez.
