Two Fish & Richardson patent litigators join Mintz Levin

Patent litigators Matthew Bernstein and John Giust joined Mintz Levin's San Diego office as members. Bernstein and Giust were both previously at Fish & Richardson.

In addition to patent       litigation, Bernstein counsels       clients on       trademark, trade dress, copyright, trade secret matters and federal government       contract matters. He also volunteers time and resources to Habitat for Humanity, Race for the Cure, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Humane Society, and the Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women.

Giust focuses on patent litigation, intellectual       property litigation and International Trade Commission proceedings. He was formerly a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark       Office.
