By Richard Binder
Facing a $90 million shortfall in the upcoming year, the Los Angeles Superior Court will close most courthouses' doors and furlough employees once a month starting July 15, according to Court leaders who made the announcement yesterday.Courts would close on the third Wednesday of each month.
