Car Accident Victims Can Sue

San Francisco, CA: If you live in California and are injured by a person who tries to help you following a car accident, you can sue the person who injured you. So says the state Supreme Court, in a 4 to 3 ruling. This means that people who wind up hurting others while trying to save them could be held liable if they are not providing emergency medical help.
