: [ Useless Dicta ]Yup, I'm Psyched for Twilight

I won't be joining the thousands of teenagers already lined up at the movie theater to see Twilight at 12:01 tonight (or rather tomorrow morning)- I have "adult" plans to celebrate the last day of class this evening, but that isn't stopping me from adding a teenage vampire flick to my list of weekend activities- and I'm psyched! I didn't think I would like the book(s) at all. My sister promised me that they were good (but she's a teenager so I was skeptical at best). I humored her anyways and took the first 2 books of the Twilight series on vacation with me over the summer. I was instantly hooked on the first book, blew through it in the first day of vacation, read the second book over the next two days and thankfully found the third book in the series at the hotel gift shop (a small miracle considering i was in Mexico). So by the time I arrived home from my vacation I had read all of the first 3 books of the series and sad that I had to wait over a month for the release of the 4th book. While not as good as Harry Potter the Twilight series comes pretty darn close. And anything that isn't a law book or a printout from Westlaw is as good as gold these days, hence why I'm re-reading the books again once finals end!
