ADVERTISEMENTS
I seem incapable of writing a real post, so here is another list.

1. Project Runway finale was kind of meh. The only designer I had a strong opinion on was Kenley, and that was based mostly on personality. I thought their final shows were ok but nothing mind-blowing. Happy for Leanne but mostly I wish Jay McCarroll would come out with a line somewhere.

2. Work is mostly drama-free in relation to me. There is some paralegal drama but I am not involved at all, thankfully. I feel like I am finally starting to figure things out. It's been two and a half months so it's about damn time.

3. I've lost three pounds. Thank you, broccoli and brown rice casserole I made two weeks ago Sunday to take in a pinch for lunches this week. You saved me from many deli takeout sandwiches, which are impossible to track calorie-wise and certainly not as fiberiffic as broccoli and brown rice casserole.

4. I need to talk to the CCCS people and see if my stuff is almost paid off, and to Wells Fargo to see how enormous my student loan payments are going to be. I'm procrastinating on making both calls.

5. Curt is getting a tattoo on Thursday! His first. I'm excited to see it, the artist who's doing it is awesome.

6. I need new clothes. I have good summer clothes, and good winter clothes, but I'm really at a loss now and during the spring. Maybe some more light sweaters or something? I am going to clean out my closet this weekend, hopefully purge some stuff, and figure out what I have in there. And then go shopping! Probably at the JC Penney sale rack and Target, because I still want to lose 40 more pounds so I don't want to spend too much on clothes in this size. But I need some things to fill in the gaps.

7. Last night I cater waitered a party for a friend at the craziest condo I have ever seen in Omaha. Bland apartment looking hallway and then on the inside everything was red and black and mirrored, full of modern art and dirty looking but probably priceless artifacts. The people were nice, it was very easy, and I made $40 in cash in under 3 hours. There are worse ways to spend a Friday evening.

8. One of the other attorneys from work, lets call her M, talked me into going to kickboxing at 10:30 this morning. I am dreading it.

Off to start the closet. Wish me luck.
