University of California Fees Coming Back to Students

A few months ago, the California Supreme Court declined to hear the Regents' appeal over whether they breached contracts to students who enrolled in the fall of 2002.

Like me.

If you haven't submitted your contact info but fit that profile, you can do so by:

The amount each person gets is still to be determined, but rumors abound of anywhere from 8k to 15k. A relatively sweet payday for all of us who were jacked with crazy fees from 2003-2005.

I also want to thank Mo Kashmiri, who took on the project without a lot of prospect for success. The rest of us are just free-riders. He was the visionary on this one.
