Over the past few weeks I've had multiple blog posts cluttering up my brain, many of them quite lengthy. Problem is, by the time I finally steal a few uninterrupted moments to actually bring those posts to life I'm just too tired to expend the energy necessary to make it happen.

I was bemoaning this fact to a friend of mine the other day who suggested that maybe I should de-clutter my life by limiting my ramblings and blogging activities to 140 characters or less. And so, I joined the ranks of twitterers (is that the proper term?)- check out my short ramblings over in the side bar.

In other news, I spent 4 days in DC about two weeks ago now, hence the last super short post, and I totally fell in love with that city. I had been there one other time before, as an undergrad, but there was something about being back there as an "almost" attorney that just made me appreciate the vibe of the city on a whole other level. I would almost consider moving there and looking for government work (which I hear is as hard, if not harder to find right now). My one hang up is how I would pay to live in a place like that. When I found out from a college friend of mine who lives there how much she is paying to live in a tiny little apartment 40 minutes outside of downtown DC I nearly had a heart attack. For what rent would cost there, I could have a very very nice house in Useless City, and I don't even have enough money right now in Useless City to even think about buying a house yet. *Sigh*

I've determined that my next task in life needs to be to figure out to grow money on trees. Think I could get a Nobel if I figure that out?
