The Power of The Internet People

So I know I'm pretty lucky over here with my super-supportive fabulous readers. You all supported me during The Studying Of The Bar Exam and then cheered when I passed said bar exam. You were excited when I got my job and indignant when I was laid off. You were congratulatory when I got engaged and made appropriate squishy comments when my nephew was born. In short....y'all are awesome. 

And (oh come on, you knew there was an and didn't you?) now I need you to take all of your positive energy & comments and go visit the brand new blog of a friend of mine. A friend of mine from law school who graduated in the top of our class and is sweet as pie at the same time. She secured one heck of an impressive job out of law school, recently got engaged (gah! exciting!) but...... (you knew there was a but, didn't you?) she was also recently diagnosed with brain cancer. 

Totally. Not. Cool. 

Anyway, she is new to this blogging thing and gave me permission to link her blog on here. So I'm asking every single one of you to go stop by http://marys-brain-cancer.blogspot.com/ and leave a funny comment. If you can't think of something funny, just tell her that Daisy sent you and you wish her well in her journey. And if you really don't want to say that, share your favorite ice cream flavor with her. Anything, just keep it positive! And uplifting! 

And then you know, perhaps you could visit her blog every now and then and keep the positive thoughts coming. Brain cancer is such an incredible downer that I think she could use the Internet People to cheer her up. 

So! Go forth and comment! I know the power of the Internet People is a strong thing- so lets harness it and help a girl out.
