I haven't posted any recipes lately- but soon I'll share with you my most favorite home-made "gourmet" Shepherd's pie (think spicy sausage & sweet potatoes.....) that I made on a whim and then thoroughly enjoyed. In the meantime though, I'm soliciting my dear readers for some help. I'm trying to perfect the art of a roasted chicken and I'm hoping y'all can share some recipes with me. So if you have a roasted chicken recipe that is to die for, funky, or just plain easy, please share it with me. I want to try it. BISMOW wants roasted chicken. Or at least he thinks he does. 

And, because I'm just that awesome and/or hang onto things from years past, a long time ago I posted an assortment of dip recipes, with a challenge that if someone made them all they would win a prize. A prize of awesomeness. So I'm just curious if anyone tried some dips & how they fared.
