I apologize for the chirping crickets around these parts. I appreciate all your advice & will keep you updated on the Daycare That Holds The Children of Satan. I've also been playing around with the time I leave for work so as to get out earlier thus avoiding the traffic-y (is that a word?) drive home and my schedule has been a wee bit crazy as a result. This means I get to the office around 7 but then...I get to leave at 3. Yes, 3. Glorious! I also finally got my i-pass in the mail (for driving through the open tolling lanes & paying a significantly lower toll than the one you hand to the wee little person in the booth in the SLOW AND STUPID PAY WITH CASH lanes) and it arrived in an weird squashed envelope, hand addressed. I opened it up with great curiosity only to find the owner's pamphlet shoved in there so oddly that it ripped when I pulled the "open" tab on the envelope. Then the actual toll pass was wrapped in tin foil, resembling some sort of illicit drug in great "intent to distribute" quantities. All I have to say is Former Governor Blagojevich, move over. I've somehow found something weirder in the disgraced State of Illinois, and that would be the mailing practices of the Department of Transportation. (Unless of course you continue with this weird reality tv show angle and in that case, dude.... you are totally tainting the jury pool and that's all I have say about that Crazy Man With The Hair.)
