Bar Prep - Day 22

ADVERTISEMENTS

When I was a 1L, I often wondered why the professor kept talking about “season” this and “season” that.  Since the Property professor never wrote anything down on the board, it never occurred to me that “season” is in fact, “seisin”.  But now I know a little bitty more, like how to spell and pronounce “precedent” and how to spell “privileges” and “judgment.”  I am still working on “conscientiousness” (oh the irony is not entirely lost upon me…)

The thing is that now I manage to finish my homework before 11 p.m. (and taking generous breaks in between), I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.  Should I be reviewing?  Should I spend at least two hours freaking out?  The pace seems a little too relaxed than week two.  Or am I being overly paranoid?  Maybe my body is used to the stress level and my watery eyes are used to eight hours of reading.  I want to spend some time reading flash cards but my brain is just not taking the bait.

Instead of studying any further, I am going to call it a night and sleep.
