: Peanut Butter BurritoIt's Time
By Andrea
Bleh....I've been avoiding this for months (and stalling on publishing this post for 3 days), but in about a week, I'm going to password protect Peanut Butter Burrito. I'm not moving to another address, I'm just putting up a little screen. I'm not trying to avoid YOU (please stay, she said, clinging to their pant legs), but blogging in not-very-much anonymity was only going to work so long.
Nothing weird has happened, but I want to be able to say a little more than I've been saying - my posting slowdown is not really because I'm too busy - and the realization that in a few months I'm going to be applying for federal jobs again and should be saying LESS, or really, nothing at all about the field that's my passion and my attempt to build a career, didn't sit well. I've been blogging for years and my family loves it (and hopefully some of you too), so I don't want to quit. I'll really miss the emails I've gotten from law students and other folks who found the blog, but I'll have to deal.
I'll change the settings Friday at 9 pm. The site will prompt you for a username and password (case sensitive): the username is "PBB" and the password is my daughter's middle name. If you don't know what that is, send me a quick email (link at the bottom of the right column), and as long as I know you in some vague way, including through the blogosphere, and/or you say who you really are, I'll send it right back.
Thanks for your patience. Sorry to be uncool. Please stick around! :)

Cipro
The FDA is seeking to add black box warnings of the risk of tendon rupture associated with Cipro and Levaquin.
The ruptures can involve Achilles tendon, shoulder, hand, bicep or thumb tendons, and is especially increased in patients older than 60, or people who have received kidney, heart or lung transplants, as well as people on steroid therapy...
