- I finished my Wills final on Monday and I?m a little worried about it, but not a lot. It was 100 multiple choice questions and after the first 30, I was spent. It felt like the longest test of my life. I also felt like the questions weren?t that hard, and trust me, that?s never a good sign. It means (a) I missed something or (b) it really was easy and because of the grade curve, the difference between an A and a D will be decided by handful of questions, probably somewhere in the last 50 questions in which my eyes had already glazed over.

- I now have just one?.more?..final. I?m doing my best to stay focused and with how beautiful the weather has been, it ain?t easy.

- Obama has finally spent some political capital on meaningful and controversial bi-partisan legislation: John Sidney McCain III is indeed a natural born citizen.

- If you?ve been fed up with all the global warming propaganda by the main stream media, don?t worry, you?re not the only one. Apparently the earth is fed up with it to, to the point where it?s taking a break from global warming. For about 10 years. But as Allahpundit says, ?[b]y all means, keep holding those mega-concerts.?

- I?ve been a member of the American Bar Association since the beginning of my second year of law school. One problem with the ABA is that there are too many ABA?s, so don?t confuse the ABA with this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, or this. One good thing about being in the ABA is that I get a lot of free and interesting legal literature. The most recent addition of the Student Lawyer had a ?Hot Practice: Military Law? feature, with some interesting resources that appear really helpful:

Standing Committee on Legal Assistance for Military Personnel

Family Law Section Military Committee

SERVICEMEMBERS CIVIL RELIEF ACT GUIDE

Standing Committee on Armed Forces Law

Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division Military Lawyers Conference

Young Lawyers Division Government, Military, and Public Sector Lawyers Committee

General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Division Military Law Committee

- Another interesting resource for was recently produced by my church for military families here.
