Larry Warner of Brownsville found this typo in an appeal to the 14th Court of Appeals in Houston:

Mr. Richards: We prefer that the witnesses be here as well. That's why we filed for a motion for continuous because we weren't able to serve them.

The Court: Well, I'll let you handle it. Your motion for continuous is overruled and we are going to trial.

Mr. Richards: I know, Your Honor.
