Just because Frank DiPascali has been a trusted employee of mine for years. Sure, he ran my back office, and sure, he glad-handled all of the clients when they needed something. (For those of you that are still bitching that I'd only do wire transfers for $500k or more, do you have any idea what it cost to do a wire a transfer??br /br /And just because Frankie lives in gorgeous house on what? 7 acres? in a href="http://maps.google.com/maps?li=rwpamp;q=1400+Mountain+Top+Rd,+Bridgewater,+NJ+08807"Bridgewater NJ/a that could sell for $1.2 with my eyes closed, it doesn't mean that he's done anything wrong.br /br /Frankie's a good boy, he did what I instructed him to do.br /br /And the fact that he had already retained Marc Mukasey from Rudy Guilian's law firm the day I invited the FBI to my co-op doesn't mean squat. And, so what that Marc's Dad is the US Attorney General??. That only means that Frankie is a smart boy and that knows how to protect his interests with a good lawyer.br /br /Frankie-if you're reading this, remember what I said... if Al from Palm Beach calls you, you tell him exactly what I told you to tell him. Or we're both going to have a bigger problem than dealing with the SEC and the Feds. And, if you see a guy that looks like the one in the picture to the right knocking on your door, it might be Al. So don't be rude to him. Trust me when I tell you this.
