I must inform you that you cannot continue to represent to potential investors that you have the rights to produce my life story.

Upon reading your case file, I'm actually quite amazed that you have never run across a Judge like myself. Please cease and desist.

To: My Devoted Fans

I have every expectation that my sentence will be talked about for years, perhaps even for generations. Contrary to rumors , I have NOT negotiated any deals with Mr. Silverman at NBC.

Given that members of the Madoff family are already involved in negotiations with NBC, there could be potential conflict issues, and as such, I have retained Andrew Levander to evaluate this conflicts accordingly. If anybody is an expert on the topic of conflicts, it is truly my dear friend and legal colleague.

Tomorrow is a new day, and the beginning of many new things for many people. I have every reason to believe that you will want to tune in tomorrow and every day, just as many of you have for the past 6 months.

Advertisers that have not secured extended contracts will be subject to paying a premium, but, as I explained to Mr. Madoff, its not as if you didn't have the opportunity to get in while deals were still being made.
