From one A to another, I'm not sure you paid any attention to the memo that my brother sent you several months ago re: your wanting to use our trading system to create a market in Picard/Madoff claims.

No doubt Aunt Barb's settlement rocked the markets last week, and obviously explains why you guys are now 52 bid, up from 37 the prior week.

But you don't have the tools to manage fast markets, and nobody is going to take your offers sent via snail mail seriously, especially when the bid is contingent on minimum claim of $2.5mil

If you didn't know it, when it comes to electronic exchange software that can handle round lots, odd lots, and even dispersion trades, my cousin Shana's husband is one of the top guns at BATS..and if I were to partner with anyone, it would probably be him, unless of course you want to sweeten the proposal you made to my brother re: licensing the name.

BTW- Every idiot knows that JPMC has their balls in a wringer when considering the paper trail to Walter's shop and the tracking fund--which means that we're betting on Irv P. right now. Who would have thought that a guy like him could actually make Dimon pee his pants? Go figure.

I'll be on the road for the Christmas break--you can get me on my cell next week.
