Hier gilt es neue Konzepte der Informationsversorgung zu entwerfen, innovative Angebotsformen zu entwickeln und deren Nutzung professionell zu evaluieren.
Die Möglichkeit zur nahezu kompletten Virtualisierung von Information und Dienstleistungen hat fundamentale Auswirkungen auf den Betrieb und die strategische Ausrichtung von Bibliotheken und Informationseinrichtungen.
All diese Themen werden von hochkarätigen Keynote-Speakern bei der Jülicher Konferenz WissKom2010 thematisiert
und in thematischen Sessions und einer Posterpräsentation näher ausgeführt.
