: The Co-co BananaFirst Week, Nubody's, Settled In, and Law School Friends
I tried the Nubody?s at Scotia Square earlier this week (since it?s closer to where I live), but I still rather do the extra minutes in walking and stick with Park Lane. After months of studying, exams, traveling, and celebrating, it?s time I got back into a regular gym schedule. For slacking off since pretty much March (albeit occasionally working-out and some healthy eating), I am actually only at 210 pounds (I honestly thought it would have been much more). But I did lose it before, so I can definitely do it again. I also got myself a chin-up bar for my bedroom doorway. I used to have one in my doorway back on the reserve, and what I?ve always liked about them was that, as I walk by my doorway with the chin-up bar, I could take a few seconds and do a couple of chin-ups here and there. Not a full thorough work-out, but trust me; doing a few throughout the day (well when you?re home anyway), everyday, will make a difference.
I am off to go bed shopping with one of my best friends from Saint Mary's University. I?ve been sleeping on my futon (still) since I made the official move to my new place. Once I get my place all thoroughly settled in, I?ll probably start looking at my Bar exam materials, then start studying more and more as the exams get closer. While I didn?t take all the courses in law school that are on the exam, I still know quite a bit of it (mostly from first year really).
Earlier this week as I was walking home, I bumped into several friends from law school on the street. It was nice to see them. I?m not so sad since I still got so many friends from law school here in the city. I just miss everyone else that moved away.
