Die 21. Zivilkammer des Landgerichts München I hat heute über den Plagiatsvorwurf in Sachen “Still got the Blues” entschieden.
Der Kläger hatte behauptet, das Gitarrensolo in “Still got the Blues” (1990) sei aus seinem Werk “Nordrach” (1974) entnommen worden. “Nordrach” war allerdings seinerzeit nicht auf Tonträger erhältlich, sondern lediglich auf diversen Live-Konzerten und jedenfalls einmal im Radio zu hören gewesen. Der Beklagte hatte dann auch behauptet, “Nordrach” nicht gekannt zu haben. (…)
