Giving Thanks

The final tally is in. I have lost a total of 20 pounds for the month of February. Good god does it ever feel good. I am still going to keep this up.

I still think about last year a lot; Clint dying, the depression and sadness that I went though, the struggles and the pain, and all the weight that I gained because of it. I am just mystified by looking at myself last year and disbelieving that I could allow that to happen. I don?t ever want to be that fat again. I don?t ever want to be that sad again.

I am in a very happy place right now (as I am sure Clint is too). I am very thankful for the friends, family, and communities that I have. I am thankful for all their love. I am thankful for good and improving health. I am thankful to be alive. I am thankful for life and all that it has to offer.
