: IBLS Internet Law BlogI am starting a dating/matchmaking site, do I face any liability?
By IBLS Editor
Hello, I am considering starting a dating/matchmaking website. My question is related to any liability that may be encountered. I would like to know if there is a specific type of insurance that could be obtained to protect myself if need be. I do not believe that a general liability would be of use and uncertain about a cyber liability policy. From what I have read it seems they cover data loss and equipment which is important but I am more interested in knowing if I have concerns with liability. Do you have any information related to these topics that might be helpful. Thank you, Brian
