• Question on Patent Issuance: I know that I have read this before ? Is there a standard time that patents issue?  E.g., is it proper to file a patent infringement case at 12:01 am on the day that the patent is scheduled to issue? What if the PTO?s website is delayed in its update? What about filing at 12:00:01 am?
• Ward v. Troll Tracker ? Now its a Federal Case: As an interesting litigation strategy, John Ward Jr. has also sued Frenkel & Cisco in Federal Court in the Western District of Arkansas (Texarkana).
