Lawrence Summers? Speech in Oslo, January 10th

Lawrence Summers gave a fascinating, two hour speech on globalization and economic history at the SKAGEN conference in Oslo on January 10, 2008. This speech, which encompasses the industrial revolution, the rise of capitalism, and the roles of China, India and other emerging economies in the world’s economy, is worth a listen.
