*** Lai, Wisper Bikes of Hong Kong, China

I ordered a Wisper battery for my electric bike from *** Lai, sales representative for Wisper Bikes, Hong Kong, China.  Since I live in the USA, I forwarded payment in the amount of $600USD to Doug Lawson, Wisper Bikes, UK.  *** Lai stated that the battery was enroute and gave me a DHL Tracking Number which proved to be invalid.  He has robbed me of my money and thinks that his devious deed will vanish into thin air.  How many other customers has he deceived into pocketing their cash?  As long as I have access to a keyboard, I wish to warn others of doing business with *** Lai of Wisper Bikes, China.  For somebody who deals internatioanlly, he is a professional con artist and should be removed from his Wisper Bikes position before throwing the company into bankruptcy.  People like *** Lai give China a bad reputation in global international trade ethics and is an embarassment to the People's Republic of China.
