Here, defendant triathalon director split from plaintiff triathalon promoter, to organize another triathalon taking place on Alacatraz and calling it the ALCATRAZ TRIATHALON. Plaintiff sues based on its registered rights in ESCAPE FROM ALCATRAZ.
