The Travails of Travel

Well I'm back in Michigan but not yet back home. I landed at the airport at 5 am, got a hotel room and caught about 6 hours sleep. Checked out of the hotel room, got about 20 miles down the road before figuring out that this is not a good time to be on the highways. Called my brother, who informed me that a friend of hours had just made the reverse of my trip to the airport and it took her 6 hours. So I pulled off the road and got a hotel room. If I'd known that, I'd have stayed in Vegas another day or two!
