Curricular Review at Law Schools and Ethics...?

ADVERTISEMENTS

Like many law schools (seemingly, all) we're in the curricular reform/review mode, and I was wondering what, if any, thoughts or models had been put forth changing PR. If you know of any, or have any ideas, I'd love to read them, or email me at Mercer.

We've long had a first year "legal professions" course independent of the typical 3rd year PR course, but beyond that, I've not had any thoughts.  Is there any movement toward having it in the 2d year, as opposed to the third? To expand hours? Reduce them?  Anyhow, just curious.
