Americans United for Separation of Church and State is urging the Senate Judiciary Committee to reject the nomination of Richard Honaker to the Federal bench. His nomination is set to be considered on Tuesday. AU has sent a letter of opposition to his nomination to the committee and it contains some pretty damning quotes. Honaker appears to be a Christian supremacist intent on establishing Biblical law rather than constitutional law. I found this one quote to be particularly interesting:
