The Pressure!

I have a client who is charged with resisting arrest/delaying an officer in his duties. All he did was watch the cops arresting his 17 year old brother and have the audacity to ask why. The cops threw him to the ground, beat him with batons, and charged HIM with a crime. He has rejected every offer made to him. He is insistent on trial. He has no record of any kind, not even an arrest.When I interviewed him the other day, he started to cry when he began to talk about how the officers assaulted him. He apologized to me and said, "I'm sorry. It is just that when something like this happens to you, it is so scary. You think, who can I call to help me?
