THOSE JOKERS AT THE 3RD DCA

Click on the post to the link. We kid you not, the fun still continues over there- the 3rd DCA has put out an invitation to bid on renovating the lawyers' restrooms at the 3rd DCA.   To quote from the "invitation"-  "the restroom shall consist of at least two holes, three feet deep by one foot wide,  sufficient for an attorney who has just had his/her ego destroyed, not to mention six months to a years worth of work on a case, to vomit in after being yelled at by a panel of three Judges who pretended to read the record." Judge Melvia Green retired from the 3rd DCA on December 31, 2008. Longtime habituates of the REGJB will recall she was a Circuit Court judge in our building before being nominated to the 3rd DCA...continue to full post
