A lot of guys have poor diets, because they are incompetent in the kitchen. Although an outstanding kitchen bitch, I?m usually too busy to cook excellent food each night. Yet eating out is not only expensive: It?s unhealthy. There is a solution. What I?m about to introduce you to is the greatest invention ever for men. Better than the George Foreman grill, there is the crock pot. (I have a 4-quart crock pot.) Costing about $30-$50, a crock pot makes excellent tasting and nutrient-dense meals. I?ve been using mine a lot lately, and will share some receipes. Tonight before bed I started a large pork roast. When I wake up tomorrow morning, I?ll be greeted by savory smells and delicious food. Cook while you sleep. Scoop a large amount into glassware (don't use tupperware/plastic, as it contains xenoestrogens), and you have your entire day?s eating set up...continue to full post
