THE BEGINNING OF THE END STARTS MONDAY

The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Conflict Counsel will begin limited acceptance of cases in the divisions listed below commencing, Monday, March 17, 2008 as follows: Circuit Criminal - Judges Ana Gardiner, Pedro E. Dijols, Mark H. Gold, Cynthia G. Imperato, John J. Murphy, III, Mily Rodriguez-Powell, and Peter M. Weinstein Circuit Unified Family Court - Delinquency - Judges Howard M. Ziedwig and Elijah H. Williams  (Judge Ziedwig's division is presently being covered by Senior Judge Robert Fogan) County Criminal - Judges Joel T. Lazarus, Gary Cowart, Kathleen Ireland, Ginger Lerner-Wren (except for mental health cases), Mary Rudd Robinson, and Stacy Ross. Presently there is no estimated time table when the remainder of the Circuit and County Criminal Divisions, Unified Family Court Divisions, or Probate Divisions will be staffed for the appointment of the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Counsel as required by law...continue to full post
