Technical difficulties

I am advised by the folks at Internet Law & Regulation, who host most of the litigation documents to which this site links, that their servers may be under attack, and that we may be experiencing technical difficulties with the *pdf files.

I will be migrating copies of selected documents, especially the more recent ones, to a back office section of my own site, http://beckermanlegal.com, until this problem abates.

If there is a non-working ILR link, just replace "http://www.ilrweb.com/viewILRPDF.asp?filename=" with "http://beckermanlegal.com/Documents/" and add ".pdf" to the end of the file name, and you should be good to go. For example, http://www.ilrweb.com/viewILRPDF.asp?filename=arista_limewire_080623OrderScheduleMotions should be changed to http://beckermanlegal.com/Documents/arista_limewire_080623OrderScheduleMotions.pdf

If there are particular documents you would like to see, but can't access, please email me your request and I will try to put the get the file hosted. No anonymous requests will he accepted.
