NPR's "Hidden Kitchens" Talks About The Japanese Internment

This morning on NPR's "Hidden Kitchens" series, the Kitchen Sisters presented remembrances of internees and children and grandchildren of internees about food experiences in the camps and how those experiences have influenced family recipes today. Here's the link. It's arresting to hear their stories -- particularly the woman who said some of her friends don't even know about the Japanese internment. [And some people wonder why America isn't up in arms about the use of torture on terrorists, suspected and otherwise.]
