Drexel Law Review Debuts - There's Some Good Sh*t Here!

Drexel-law-review-masthead Danny Sokol asks the trenchant question of whether, given it's impressive student numbers and faculty productivity, you'd publish an article in the UC Irvine Law Review.  It's an interesting topic, but still a couple years off.  Meanwhile, the moment has arrived for the first issue of the Drexel Law Review.  In addition to several engaging articles,  there are a pair of remarkably strong student notes.   Lindsay Wagner's piece on sex offender residency restrictions is a highly thoughtful framing of this issue.   And I would be truly derelict if I didn't highlight Mary Mitchell's  impressive piece on the social shaping of inventiveness requirements in antebellum patent law.  


And everyone will enjoy the very cool graphics of the virtual law review version which allows you to turn law review pages at the click of a mouse!
