I am sure that everyone is sick of the Anna Nicole fiasco and especially turned off by that WWF circus down in that Florida Probate Court.

Do you and your family a favor, and seriously consider contacting a Probate and Estate Planning lawyer so that you can draft the proper documents to carry out your wishes. Clearly spell it out and don't leave your family fighting out in court where your china goes or where you want to be buried. A simple Will and Patient Advocate can usually be accomplished for under $800.

My experience in Probate Law has been failute to plan can leave you family fighting and even sometimes destroys the family by dragging it through court. Ultimately, if your family wants to fight you can't stop them, but being prepared can at least simmer some of the potential tension.
