By James Eccleston
The attorneys at Eccleston Law have launched an investigation into Homeland Renewable Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
According to its website, Homeland Renewable Energy holds itself out as being ?the world?s leading provider of environmental remediation services to animal agriculture, producing renewable energy and nutrient rich fertilizers from animal waste and other biomass.?
According to filings with the SEC, as recently as 2009, Homeland Renewable Energy offered up to $25 million in equity capital in a Regulation D private securities offering under Rule 506. It is believed that Ziegler Capital Markets, a division of B.C. Ziegler and Company, acted as the placement agent for this offering. Moreover, according to SEC filings, 1st BCCW Capital Corporation is believed to also have been involved in this offering.
Eccleston Law represents individual and institutional investors to recover their investment losses caused by securities and investment fraud. Our attorneys also help victims of Ponzi schemes pursue recovery by submitting claims with receiverships established by the SEC or by assisting victims with the filing of a Theft Loss Tax Deduction with the IRS.
If you are an investor that has suffered losses investing in Homeland Renewable Energy, or if you have information about a private placement securities offering involving Homeland Renewable Energy, please contact Jim Eccleston at the Eccleston Law Offices at 312-332-0000.
