Saffran - jury verdict against Johnson & Johnson & Cordis of $482 million

I was in Judge Ward's courtroom this afternoon waiting to start a Markman when the jury in the Saffran case against Johnson & Johnson and Cordis came back. Answer to infringement was yes, no on invalidity and yes on willful. Damages are $482 million. This is the first of the three patent cases Judge Ward picked juries on last week to go to trial. The third settled this week and I'm unsure of the status of the second.
