Former Rothstein law partner reaches $350K settlement

Russell Adler, one of Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein's former law partners, owes more than $200,000 to the IRS, has little left in the way of assets and "could be facing other types of exposure in potential Florida Bar or criminal proceedings," according to court documents filed Thursday.
