Accused of running a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme, Fort Lauderdale lawyer Scott Rothstein told a federal judge on Wednesday that he would waive any potential conflict stemming from having a former law partner represent him and acknowledged using Zoloft for anxiety. The hearing occurred as the Florida Bar confirmed that it is probing the conduct of other lawyers from Rothstein?s defunct firm.
