Thanks for the heads up re: Lenny Briskman.

Although the U.S. Marshals Service did a splendid job auctioning Madoff physical property,  getting the right price for a private partnership interest is more complex. If they didn't run an auction, or didn't bother to solicit three competing bids for Ruth's stake in Delta Ventures, that certainly presents concern.

That said, and as Harry Markopolos would agree, since you've already blown the whistle, we can't offer you a bounty in the event we decide to pursue a clawback action against the Marshals Service.
