Per your note (below), you might want to check the bank's NextPoint application; apparently whenever you send something out, it gets intercepted and somehow posted into Madoff's blog.

I understand your need to re-assign me. My mom says that she'll let me change my last name if it will get me back into your good graces.

Also--I rec'd a call from a lawyer representing that nosey reporter Erin Arvedlund. You're right, she is cute, even if she is nosey.

Apparently they discovered you're trying to buy up all of the copies of her book so that nobody can read what she discovered two years ago re: JPMC's role in the Madoff mess.

In all due respect, that genie's out of the bottle; Arvedlund's book came out more than a year ago, and I hear the secondary market trading is vicious.

No worries! I've got some friends at DOJ, and if you like, she'll get a subpoena from the Feds that will force her to take it off the market.

They said they can backdate it with a claim that she's interfering with a government investigation, or instead of backdating, they can invoke the new WikiLeaks Doctrine, and suppress anything that she might say or publish for the next 20 years. Everyone agrees that our reputation is a matter of national security.
