Beans-I told you that you were a schmuck for doing that stupid television interview last year! "Easy Peasy"--what the f**k were you thinking when you used that line??

Now that "Mrs. P." has opened pandora's box, I've had to give my lawyer another $500k retainer!

On top of that, I've got to invoke the Wikipedia Doctrine against f**king Google and demand they shut down crazy Bernie's blog. All of those postings about me are f**king libelous, but apparently that crank Picard pointed them out to the keystone kops, who couldn't find a hair on a hole in a whorehouse!

The only good news is that Bill Zabel's kid is keeping everything in check.

Listen closely to me: if you keep your trap shut, we can take this to the Supreme Court and make the same arguments that JPM, HSBC, Ezra, Sonja, those knuckleheads in Greenwich, and all the rest are going to make; you can't hold a third-party civilly  liable for 'aiding and abetting'  a fraud if you can't prove they knew it was a fraud.

Even though all of this crap with Picard is a bunch of crap, you should think about doing what I'm going to do: getting your wife to agree to a divorce; alimony super-cedes any judgments that a court might make.

Don't go for an uncontested suit; its got to look real, and she needs to have a lawyer represent her. If she doesn't have the money to hire a lawyer, we've got a firm here in New York that's providing financing for divorce actions. Don't worry about paying any vig, just make sure that you have check-signing authority on her account!

Do us a favor: find some more of those old farts that are destitute, but are getting clawback letters from Picard. We need to get them in front of the media so that we can deflect all of the attention, and let the world know that this guy is out of control!
