Thanks for the photos! I understand your being perplexed by Ms. Bongiorno's supposed inability to post bail, and the possibility that the Special Agents may have actually detained the wrong individual.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe that we've made the same mistake that the CIA people appeared to have made re: Muhammad Mansour, and coalition forces being duped by a scamster that presented himself as the Taliban chieftan, who then apparently walked away with a bag full of cash handed to him by the station chief.

Someone on our staff is attempting to check the photos you sent vs. the mug shots of Bongiorno and Crupi that were taken this week.

The NY Post provided us this photo of Jodi Crupi (left). We think its the same person that we detained, only because she was brought in with two boxes of cupcakes from her bakery.

The picture from ABC News below, the one with Bongiorno having dinner with her husband is necessarily causing confusion. She doesn't look anything like the woman we have on hold right now. Also, the woman we have in custody has been complaining about having a severe case of "claustrophobia" and her lawyer is already suggesting that we may be violating her rights. Please provide guidance on this matter.

We're also still trying to determine whether we properly identified Mr. Picower's body. I don't believe that he might have really faked his death, but anything is possible.

I'm told that the Thanksgiving holiday will delay the results of our ID checks for these people for at least several days. As you know, resources this week are very tight, as most of the FBI agents in the NYC area are either out buying butter ball turkeys, or in the field rounding up insider traders.

Adding to the complication, we're hearing that many of those targets are already claiming that the FBI interns have neglected to bring their Miranda books with them. What a cluster!
