Time for the First Monthly 25th Anniversary $2500 Law Practice Checkup Give-Away Drawing!

By Ross

ADVERTISEMENTS

We had over 300 entries for our first monthly drawing for a Law Practice Checkup valued at $2500 (enough to cover the typical 2-3 lawyer practice and which can be applied towards a more extensive review of a larger practice). Entries came from literally all over the world. Most were from the U.S. and Canada, with several entries from the UK, one from Serbia, one from South Africa and two from Singapore (probably because I spoke there at a conference a number of years ago).

So here’s what the first winner will get: a MicroLaw Law Practice Tech Checkup – a phone interview with your team, if warranted, a remote connection to your office system to look at the state of your tech system. Then we’ll provide a report including our findings, our critiques of what we’ve seen. These reports have received rave reviews from clients over the years for leaving no stone unturned, and (what a surprise), bluntly assessing their practice situations. The reports address:

  • The state of office procedures related to technology use.
  • The status and suitability of existing software and hardware systems.
  • The general knowledge level of the office personnel related to technology use
  • The reports provide a detailed immediate, near, mid and longer term action plan, ready to put in place.
  • These reviews have been the hallmark of MicroLaw services over a quarter century.

A $2500 Law Practice Checkup is typically enough to cover one day of my time assessing a practice. This should suffice for a 2-3 lawyer practice of average complexity in their practice situation.  Larger practices can apply the $2500 as a credit towards the overall needed services for a review, or simply do a briefer assessment.

So without further adieu, the first monthly winner of the $2500 is . . . drum roll please . . .

. . . the tension mounts as I reach into the very artistic ceramic vase, eyes averted . . .

Atty. Christopher J. Jaglowitz of Gardiner Miller Arnold LLP in Toronto!

Our first monthly winners! Congratulations Chris! Contact me via email here to coordinate the project logistics.

So for all those who didn’t win, your names will automatically roll into next month’s drawing, to be held December 15th. For anyone else who hasn’t entered, just send me an email by clicking here and include the phrase “Practice Checkup” in the subject line. Good luck to all the existing and new entrants for next month’s drawing! Or of course, I’m always happy to talk with any firm or legal department about how MicroLaw can help provide your practice with the guidance you need to practice more profitability and more successfully.
